What to Wear
- Athletic shoes or bike specific shoes (preferable!)
- Mountain bike specific shorts or pants (big pad)
- Breathable top or jersey (not cotton)
- Breathable socks
- Bike gloves
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Helmet!!
What to bring on your ride
•Snacks - protein bars, dried fruit, peanuts, trail mix
•Water bottle(s) or Camelbak (Camelbak preferable as you need to carry your own food and water)
•Spare tube
•Bike pump
•Bike tool
•Any other medications or person items
•Extra Snacks (lunch provided, but a gal gets hungry!)
